Join us for a hands-on, nourishing day at Rock Farm, a 6-acre community farm, working market garden, and horticultural therapy project nestled in the Sussex countryside. Together with Old Tree Brewery, we’ll explore the land, forage, feast, and craft your very own batch of fire cider – a traditional herbal tonic steeped in apple cider vinegar and packed with immune-boosting goodness.

Fire cider is a zesty folk remedy made from apple cider vinegar infused with garlic, onions, horseradish, ginger, citrus, and chilli peppers. We'll be adding extra fruits and herbs we'll forage together from the farm. Steeped for several weeks, it becomes a tangy, fiery elixir used to ward off winter illnesses, stimulate digestion, and warm the body.
