The Day
Join us for a magical full-day experience dedicated to the enchanting world of elderflowers!
Together with our expert forager and brewess Iside, we will spend a day immersed in the magical rich folklore of this beautiful flower, discovering its traditional and practical uses, harvesting, drinking teas and treats all Eldeflower based.
We will also be learning how to craft traditional Elderflower Champagne and Elderflower cordial!
You’ll also actively participate in harvesting the blossoms needed for our Old Tree Elderflower Champagne and so become part of the creation process of this sparkling, living elixir.
Let's celebrate nature, community, ancestral knowledge, and wild fermentation together!
