The Day
Join us for a day dedicated to the magic of the Hawthorn flower at the beautiful My little farm!
Guided by our expert forager and master brewess, Iside, we will wander through the countryside surrounding My little farm here in Sussex, discovering the folklore, traditions, and herbal uses that have made Hawthorn such a beloved and useful plant throughout the centuries.
Together we will harvest Hawthorn blossoms, share Hawthorn tea and treats, learn the process of how to make your own wild blossom wine, and take home your very own hawthorn tincture.
You will also help gather the flowers used in our Old Tree sparkling wine, becoming part of the living process behind this wild fermented elixir.
You will have the option of enjoyng an amazing wooden sauna at the end of the workshop and access to the farm's shop with all the amazing products made by them!
