This is the drink that started the entire Old Tree journey. We bring it back each season when the elderflowers are abundant in and around Brighton. Share in the summertime experience of this very special, hard to find, seasonal drink. We’ll keep it in stock as long as possible, but once it’s gone, it won’t be back until the next elderflower season, so get yours while you can!
Old Tree Elderflower Sparkling Wine is made with hand-picked wild elderflowers from the sunny Sussex countryside at the peak of flowering season to create a heady, fragrant, sparkling wine. This botanical bubbly is a semi-sweet, medium-dry, floral wine with a heady elderflower aroma. It is sunshine in a bottle, evoking the best of the summer. Pairs perfectly with a local cheese board.
This wine is bottle-conditioned and left live, so it needs to be kept refrigerated until ready to drink.
It sits neatly just below 5.5% ABV, making it the drink of choice to mark any occasion and celebrate the seasonal abundance of summer in Sussex with your friends and loved ones.
Elderflower Sparkling Wine
All Brighton & Hove deliveries are normally delivered by Zedify via electric bike or van on Wednesday each week. Sometimes the day of the week may change due to operational circumstances. We aim to use as little disposable packaging as possible, and so your products may come in one of our plastic bottle crates, to be unloaded by the delivery person. We are unable to leave the bottle crates behind. If one is left with you, please do not throw it away, and we will collect it on your next delivery.
Deliveries outside the Brighton & Hove area will be delivered by one of our trusted couriers. We ship parcels every Tuesday for next day delivery.
If you have any special delivery instructions (preferred neighbour, etc …), please provide them when placing your order.
Please note, due to licensing restrictions, alcoholic products (eg: kombucha, seasonal wines, etc …) will only be delivered to persons over the age of 18. Our couriers operate under a 'Challenge 25’ policy, so you may be asked to provide ID upon delivery/collection in order to receive your drinks. Alcoholic drinks cannot be left in a safe place.
