Our Witchcraft Wild Brew is an ancient ale-style drink from a time when ales and wines were more similar than they were different, made to honour the wisdom of witches and our wild plant landscapes.
This special edition of Witchcraft has been made from plants harvested during the heat of the 2026 summertime. It replaces the Boadicea hops we normally use with locally foraged yarrow, which adds a whole new dimension to the brew without losing what makes Witchcraft so special and unique. Existing fans of Witchcraft will love it and newcomers are in for a very limited time only treat.
Old world herbs and sustainable hops combine with the magic of fermentation to create this dreamy, botanical brew, full of mugwort and wormwood foraged from the Sussex countryside, not far from our own brewery. The power of these wild herbs has been captured in a bottle and preserved just for you.
Live kombucha cultures lend a tangy sourness, while Boadicea hops give a grassy, floral aroma on the nose and a fruity flavour. Mugwort and wormwood provide a grapefruit-like bitterness and aroma.
