All deliveries are handled by our trusted courier, APC. We ship parcels every Tuesday for next day delivery. We can book parcels for delivery on other weekdays, in case you are unable to receive deliveries on our normal delivery day. Please get in touch with us to rearrange.
If you have any special delivery instructions (ie: preferred neighbour, etc …), please provide them when placing your order.
Please note, due to licensing restrictions, alcoholic products (eg: kombucha, seasonal wines, etc …) will only be delivered to persons over the age of 18. Our couriers operate under a 'Challenge 25’ policy, so you may be asked to provide ID upon delivery/collection in order to receive your drinks. Alcoholic drinks cannot be left in a safe place. Our couriers will either aim to leave your parcel with a neighbour or leave a card to arrange re-delivery or collection.
