As our product is fully alive, we aim to deliver to you as effectively as possible. We ship parcels every Tuesday for next day delivery. Please be aware we cannot guarantee the arrival time or day once the parcel is with the courier.

Brighton and Hove

All Brighton & Hove deliveries are normally delivered by Coastal Postal via electric bike or van on Wednesday each week. Sometimes the day of the week may change due to operational circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible if this is the case.

We aim to use as little disposable packaging as possible.

Rest of the UK

Deliveries outside the Brighton & Hove area will be delivered by APC.

If you have any special delivery instructions (preferred neighbour, etc …), please provide them when placing your order.

Please note, due to licensing restrictions, alcoholic products (eg: kombucha, seasonal wines, etc …) will only be delivered to persons over the age of 18. Our couriers operate under a 'Challenge 25’ policy, so you may be asked to provide ID upon delivery/collection in order to receive your drinks. Alcoholic drinks cannot be left in a safe place. Our couriers will either aim to leave your parcel with a neighbour or leave a card to arrange re-delivery or collection.

If you believe no one will be available to accept your parcel on its normal delivery day, please contact us as soon as possible, and we can arrange a different delivery day.
