Old Tree Nettle Kombucha Cordial is handcrafted from our delicious kombucha vinegar and young nettles foraged from the Sussex countryside, which imparts a beautifully rich colour and a fruity, zesty aroma.
This cordial is perfect diluted with kombucha, sparkling water or as a mixer for your favourite botanical cocktail. We recommend a 1:9 dilution with kombucha.
Did you know - before refrigeration, sweetened vinegar-based drinks called shrubs were a huge part of human culture? Though medicinal shrubs have been around since at least the 15th century, the modern shrub is based off 17th century English and American recipes, where vinegars were used to preserve summer harvests of both fruits and herbs. They were made and then stored until the off-season, when they would be drunk by young and old alike.

INGREDIENTS
All Brighton & Hove deliveries are normally delivered by Zedify via electric bike or van on Wednesday each week. Sometimes the day of the week may change due to operational circumstances. We aim to use as little disposable packaging as possible, and so your products may come in one of our plastic bottle crates, to be unloaded by the delivery person. We are unable to leave the bottle crates behind. If one is left with you, please do not throw it away, and we will collect it on your next delivery.
Deliveries outside the Brighton & Hove area will be delivered by one of our trusted couriers. We ship parcels every Tuesday for next day delivery.
If you have any special delivery instructions (preferred neighbour, etc …), please provide them when placing your order.
Please note, due to licensing restrictions, alcoholic products (eg: kombucha, seasonal wines, etc …) will only be delivered to persons over the age of 18. Our couriers operate under a 'Challenge 25’ policy, so you may be asked to provide ID upon delivery/collection in order to receive your drinks. Alcoholic drinks cannot be left in a safe place. Our couriers will either aim to leave your parcel with a neighbour or leave a card to arrange re-delivery or collection.
